Tournament Welcome Package

Welcome to the Tillsonburg Twisters Ringette Tournament, running November 27-29, 2026.We are looking forward to an exciting weekend of competition and fun! We have a total of 34
teams playing over 3 days on 2 separate ice pads. There will also be a mid-day show case game between the Cambridge Turbos NRL and the Cambridge 18+AA. This exciting game will take place on Saturday @ 1:30pm. Admission is $5 for adults and players wearing team jerseys enter for free! Whether you are travelling from near or far, we appreciate you coming to take part in our event.

Coaches:

Upon arrival at the arena, please check in at the tournament/registration desk which is located upstairs in the Marwood Lounge to show that the RAMP GameSheet App has been signed by
your bench staff. Please ensure that your virtual game sheets are correct. Player and Bench Staff Substitutions: All substitutions for tournament play must be
approved by Ringette Ontario Program Manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to the tournament beginning. Requests made with less than 48 hours or during the tournament will
only be granted for medical or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the Ringette Ontario Program Manager (or designate). Please note that approvals will be done the week of
the tournament, to ensure eligibility.

Be advised that the Tillsonburg Community Centre (TCC) does not allow for team warm ups inthe hal ls or on the stairs of the arena. Teams will need to warm up in their dressing room or
outside. If you have any questions regarding this, please ask a convener. Coaches/Managers will need to exchange their car keys for room keys at the registration desk.
Jersey colours for all games during the tournament will be dark for home teams and white for away teams.

On ice warm ups will be limited to 3 minutes from the time the Zamboni doors close. Please be prepared to start all games (except the first game of the day or finals) up to 10 minutes
ahead of schedule. The TCC has one Zamboni that is shared between the two ice pads. If games run behind there
may be some delay with the availability of the Zamboni. We apologize in advance; however with the slush time built in throughout the day, we are confident we will keep things moving
along on time for the most part.

All award ceremonies on Sunday Nov 29 will take place in the TCC Auditorium immediately following the championship games and/or final FUN2 games on Sunday. For FUN2 teams
playing all three of their games on Saturday, awards ceremonies will take place outside the Marwood Lounge immediately following your third game. During the tournament, if you have any questions, please speak to one of our volunteers in the Marwood Lounge at the registration desk. Visit the Ringette Ontario Games Portal for scores, standings, and stats during the tournament.

Coaches, Players, Parents, Fans:
Be sure to visit the Marwood Lounge where the Penny Raffle, 50/50 draw, and multiple vendors will be located. There is an ATM on site, but please bring cash with you.
During the Cambridge Turbos NRL vs. Cambridge 18+AA showcase, we will be running a Fling-The-Ring challenge. Rings can be purchased during the game with the challenge
taking place during the half-time intermission, closest to centre ice wins. If you have time to spare between games, please visit our beautiful downtown for all your
shopping and dining experiences. There are many restaurants nearby that include Domino’s Pizza, Kelsey’s, Boston Pizza, the Copper Mug, as well as a handful of other dining
opportunities. Our downtown core has a mall, dozens of stores, and many other attractions. The Tourism Oxford website (www.tourismoxford.ca) is a great gateway to explore and find
activities within Tillsonburg and the Surrounding Area.

We are excited to be back hosting a tournament again and look forward to having a weekend of fun and competitive ringette. There will be a Cambridge Turbos NRL Showcase Game on the Saturday, various vendors, a silent auction, 50/50 draw, tournament swag, and fun and games for the kids all weekend.

2. Log into your Ramp registration account.
3. Select the tournament registration button.
4. Select home club, division, team, select package
5. Select continue.
6. Check that roster is correct. Newly added players will update daily.
7. Select continue.
8. Select payment type (Credit card OR e-transfer to treasurer@tillonsburgringette.com)
