Tillsonburg Ringette Association holds monthly executive meetings to discuss the general business and schedule of events that are required to operate.
These meetings are held year round, but have a slightly more flexible timetable during summer months.
Parents, Coaches, Referees, Volunteers, and Players with specific questions, concerns, or petitions are invited to join the executive group for the first 15 minutes of each meeting for an open discussion prior to start of the official meeting business. If you plan to attend, please advise the President and or Secretary, in advance, preferably in writing, with a brief summary of your topic, and arrive prepared to speak. We will then give you the virtual link to join our meeting.
The typical Agenda includes a summary report from each executive member, and open discussion on paths forward.
RO, WRRA, WRRL, SWIRL, and new business is introduced or reported as required.
